Stay Separate Survives Core Swaps and Desktop Windows Back in Place

Dev build 91: Command Core swap keeps Stay Separate, desktop Inventory and Crafting windows back in place, clipped desktop labels fixed

Upgrading or downgrading a station's Command Core no longer drops its Stay Separate lock
On desktop, the Inventory and Crafting windows open where they did before Build 90, instead of jumping to the left edge or swapping sides
On desktop, the Inventory no longer jumps when the mouse crosses a building, and Crafting no longer opens on top of an Inventory you dragged
The Mass Driver and Filter category buttons ("Components", "Intermediates"), the Blueprints "Rename folder" button and the Mods panel's labels fit on one line again
